RESOLUTION NO. R2019- �20 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br /> -CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS- <br /> NEAR WEST SIDE RESTORATION AND PRESERVATION SOCIETY <br /> -1004 W. WOOD ST.- <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement presented to the Council herewith, between the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, and the Near West Side Restoration and Preservation Society regarding the <br /> rehabilitation and restoration of the premises located at 1004 W. Wood St., be, and the same is <br /> hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
