RESOLUTION NO. R2019- �� <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF DECATUR AND <br /> MUELLER CO. LLC <br /> REGARDING GRANT ADMINISTRATION <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement presented to the Council, as E�ibit A attached hereto and <br /> hereby incorporated by reference, between the City of Decatur and Mueller Co. LLC regarding <br /> grant administration is hereby received,placed on file, and approved. <br /> Section 2.
