RESOLUTION NO.R2019- ��� <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS <br /> AND AIRPORT PLAZA JOINT VENTURE,LLC <br /> -PAYMENT OF TAX INCREMENT FINANCING ELIGIBLE COSTS- <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Memorandum of Agreement presented to the Council, as Exhibit A <br /> attached hereto and hereby incorporated by reference, between the City of Decatur and Airport <br /> Plaza Joint Venture, LLC. for payment of Tax Increment Financing(TIF)eligible costs is hereby <br /> received,placed on file, and approved. <br /> Section 2.
