RESOLUTION NO {`�(�19 — I� �.. <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TAE BID PRICE OF DUR.ACO,INC., <br /> FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2019 P2 DURAPATCHER <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the bid received for One (1) 2019 P2 DuraPatcher, presen#ed herewith <br /> as Exhibit A and made part hereof be, and it is hereby,received, and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid price of Duraco, Inc., in the amount of$64,279. be accepted <br /> and a purchase order be awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Purchasing Supervisor be, and she is hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute a purchase order between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Duraco, Inc., <br /> for their bid price of$64,279. <br /> Section 4.
