RESOLUTION NO. �aU(� — I 5 W <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF THE VACANT LOT <br /> IMMEDIATELY TO THE WEST OF 3925 EAST FARIES PARKWAY FOR THE <br /> IMPROVEMENT OF BRUSH COLLEGE ROAD OVER FARIES PARKWAY AND <br /> THE NORFOLK SOUTHERN RAILROAD TRACKS <br /> CITY PROJECT 2009-33 <br /> SECTION 09-00933-01-BR <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor, City Manager, or their authorized designee are authorized to <br /> execute documents relating and necessary to acquire the following described property: <br /> The North 110.50 feet of the East 80 feet of the West 361.13 feet of Lot <br /> One (1) of Westlake Second Addition of Outlots to the City of Decatur as <br /> per Plat recorded in Book 335, Page 591 of the Records in the Recorder's <br /> Office of Macon County, Illinois EXCEPT that portion taken for public <br /> highway purposes. <br /> Situated in Macon County, Illinois. <br /> Permanent Index Number: 04-13-08-101-005 <br /> The vacant lot immediately to the west of 3925 East Faries Parkway for highway purposes, <br /> specifically the Warranty Deed, Receipt of Conveyance Documents and Disbursement Statement, <br /> and PTAX Illinois Real Estate Transfer Declaration. <br /> Section 2. That there is hereby authorized the expenditure of$5,400 of State Motor Fuel <br /> T�funds for the purpose of purchasing said property, with an expected 100%reimbursement from <br /> the State of Illinois through an Illinois Jobs Now! grant. <br />
