V��`� ���t�' <br /> ��'�� ��,�P�G�JGQ <br /> JO��`� <br /> G <br /> uQ`��� ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY <br /> 2020 MARS COURT <br /> WHEREAS,there having been filed with the City Clerk, and by said Clerk presented to <br /> the Council herewith and attached as Exhibit A, the petition under oath of Janet K. Mitchell and Blake <br /> A. Smith,requesting that there be annexed to the City territory described as: <br /> SOLAR HEIGHTS LOT 10,AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN BOOK 1575 PAGE 245 OF THE <br /> RECORDS IN THE RECORDER'S OFFICE OF MACON COUNTY,ILLINOIS. <br /> PIN# 07-07-33-302-015 <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land <br /> within such territory and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said <br /> territory is contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or <br /> incorporated town or other municipality, and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as <br /> required. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That said petition and the request thereof be, and the same are hereby, <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2. That said territory hereinabove described, along with all parts of public <br /> highways therein or next and adjacent thereto not heretofore annexed, if any, be, and the <br /> same are hereby, annexed to and are incorporated into the limits of the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, a municipal corporation. <br />
