Waller and <br /> Stacey M. Waller, requesting that there be annexed to the City territary described as: <br /> V4TILCOX WAYSIDE FARMS ADDITIC7N L{)T 42. <br /> PIN#04-12-OS-304-005 <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land <br /> within such territary and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said <br /> territory is contiguaus to the City and nat within the corporate lirnits af any city, village or <br /> incorporated town or other municipality, and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexatzon has been given as <br /> required. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL �F THE CITY <br /> C1F DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Sectian 1. That said petition and the request thereof be, and the same are hereby, <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2. That said territory hereinabove described, alang with all parts of public <br /> highways therein or next and adjacent thereto not heretofore annexed, if any, be, and the <br /> sarne are hereby, annexed to and are incorporated into the limits of the City of Decatur, <br /> I��inois, a municipal carparation. <br /> Sectian 3. That a plat af said annexed premises is attached hereto as Exhibit B and <br /> hereby rnade a part hereof. <br />
