RESOLUTION NO. �Q��—I�� <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH <br /> CDM SMITH FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> FOR THE WATER UTILITY LONG-TERM SUSTAINABILITY PLAN <br /> CITY PROJECT 2018-34 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Professional Engineering Services Agreement for the Water Utility <br /> Long-Term Sustainability Plan, presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit A and made a part <br /> hereof, between the City of Decatur and CDM Smith be, and the same is hereby received,placed <br /> on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
