That said petition and the request thereof be, and the same are hereby, <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2. That said territory hereir�above described, along with all parts of public <br /> highways therein or next and adjacent ther�to not heretofore annexed, if any, be, and the <br /> same are hereby, annexed to and are incorparated into the limits of the City of Decatur, <br /> Illir�e�is, a municipal corporation. <br />
