O�t���1 —��� <br /> ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY <br /> 2245 THUNDERBIRD DRIVE <br /> WHEREAS,there having been filed with the City Clerk, and by said Clerk presented to <br /> the Council herewith and attached as Exhibit A, the petition under oath of Danny Lee VanFleet and <br /> Jodi Lynn VanFleet,requesting that there be annexed to the City territory described as: <br /> LOT 37 HUSTON FOREST ACRES, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN BOOK 300 PAGE 350 <br /> OF THE RECORDS IN THE RECORDER'S OFFICE OF MACON COUNTY, ILLINOIS <br /> PIN# 07-07-32-435-002 <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land <br /> within such territory and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said <br /> territory is contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or <br /> incorporated town or other municipality, and, <br /> V�HEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as <br /> required. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That said petition and the request thereof be, and the same are hereby, <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2. That said territory hereinabove described, along with aIl parts of public <br /> higtaways therein or next and adjacent thereto not heretofore annexed, if any, be, and the <br /> same are hereby, annexed to and are incorporated into the limits of the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, a municipal corporation. <br />
