Hulva and Sherry <br /> E. Hulva,requesting that there be annexed to the City territory described as: <br /> LOT SIXTEEN (16) OF HUSTON FOREST ACRES, AN ADDITION OF OUTLOTS TO THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN BOOK 300,PAGE 350 OF <br /> THE RECORDS IN THE RECORDER'S OFFICE OF MACON COUNTY, ILLINOIS. <br /> P1N#07-07-32-429-002 <br /> WHEREAS, it appeaxs said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land <br /> within such territory and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said <br /> territory is contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or <br /> incorporated town or other municipality, and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as <br /> required. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That said petition and the request thereof be, and the same are hereby, <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2. That said territory hereinabove described, along with all �ai�ts of public <br /> highways therein or next and adjacent thereto not heretofore annexed, if any, be, and the <br /> same are hereby, annexed to and are incorporated into the limits of the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, a muuicipal corporation. <br />
