Rhodes and <br /> Maggie A. Rhodes,requesting that there be annexed to the City territory described as: <br /> THE VIRGINIA 2ND ADDITION LOT 2 EXC THE W 104' THEREOF, AS PER PLAT <br /> RECOR.DED IN BOOK 802 PAGE 119 OF THE RECORDS IN THE RECORDER'S OFFICE <br /> OF MACON COUNTY, ILLINOIS. <br /> PIN# 04-12-06-426-004 <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land <br /> within such territary and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said <br /> territory is contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or <br /> incorporated town or other municipality, and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexa#ion has been given as <br /> required. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That said petition and the request thereof be, and the same are hereby, <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2. That said territory he�°�inabove described, along with all parts of public <br /> highways therein or next and adjacent ther�to not heretofore annexed, if any, be, and the <br /> same are hereby, annexed to and are incorporated into the limits of the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, a municipal c�rporation. <br />
