RESOLUTION NO. I <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH <br /> CLARK DIETZ INC. TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES TO <br /> THE CITY OF DECATUR <br /> CITY PROJECT 2020-06 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Professional Services Agreement to provide Professional Engineering <br /> Services to the City of Decatur,presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit 1 and made a part <br /> hereof, between the City of Decatur and Clark Dietz Inc., and the same is hereby received, <br /> placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
