ORDINANCE NO.a(3 Q— I <br /> ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF STOP SIGNS AT THE <br /> INTERSECTION OF WEST RIVERVIEW AVENUE AND SOUTH WESTLAWN AVENUE <br /> FACING WEST RIVERVIEW AVENUE <br /> BE IT ORDAINED,BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs are erected giving notice thereof, the driver of a <br /> vehicle on West Riverview Avenue approaching South Westlawn Avenue from the east and west <br /> shall stop and yield the right-of-way to vehicles on South Westlawn Avenue which have entered the <br /> intersection of said street or which are approaching so closely thereto as to constitute an immediate <br /> hazard,but said driver having so stopped and yielded the right-of-way may proceed at such time as <br /> a safe interval occurs. <br /> Section 2.
