Day and Cody A. <br /> Day,requesting that there be annexed to the City territory described as: <br /> LOT TWELVE (12) OF COOPER'S SECOND SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT RECORDED <br /> IN BOOK 1405,PAGE 16 OF THE RECORDS IN THE RECORDER'S OFFICE OF MACON <br /> COUNTY, ILLINOIS. SITUATED IN MACON COUNTY, ILLINOIS <br /> PIN# 07-07-28-302-002 <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land <br /> within such territory and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said <br /> territory is contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or <br /> incorporated town or other municipality, and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as <br /> required. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
