RESOLUTION NO. Pxa i — I q <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES,INC. TO PROVIDE DESIGN <br /> SERVICES FOR THE ELLEN AND DIVISION INFLOW AND INFILTRATION <br /> REDUCTION PROGRAM–PHASE 2, CITY PROJECT 2018-01 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Professional Engineering Services Agreement to provide design services <br /> for the Ellen and Division Inflow and Infiltration Reduction Program, City Project 2018-01, <br /> presented to the Council herewith, as Exhibit 1 and made a part hereof, between the City of <br /> Decatur and AECOM Technical Services, Inc., and the same is hereby received,placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2.
