ORDINANCE NO. 61W-1- l 0 <br /> ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF STOP SIGNS AT THE <br /> INTERSECTION OF NORTH WARREN STREET AND EAST ORCHARD STREET <br /> FACING EAST ORCHARD STREET WITH THE REMOVAL OF STOP SIGNS FACING <br /> NORTH WARREN STREET <br /> BE IT ORDAINED,BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs are erected giving notice thereof, the driver of a <br /> vehicle on East Orchard Street approaching North Warren Street from the east shall stop and yield <br /> the right-of-way to vehicles on North Warren Street which have entered the intersection of said <br /> street or which are approaching so closely thereto as to constitute an immediate hazard, but said <br /> driver having so stopped and yielded the right-of-way may proceed at such time as a safe interval <br /> occurs. <br /> Section 2.
