RESOLUTION NO. 2021- f S <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF DECATUR AND <br /> DECATUR PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT #61 FOR JOHNS HILL <br /> NEIGHBORHOOD SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Intergovernmental Agreement presented herewith to the City <br /> Council between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Decatur Public School District 461, be, and <br /> the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
