RESOLUTION NO.R2021=� RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF 328 EAST WABASH AVENUE FROM THE CITY OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS TO COMMUNITY HEALTH IMPROVEMENT CENTER -D/B/A CROSSING HEALTHCARE- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the document relating and necessary to transfer the following described property: Lots 18, 19,20,21,22,23,24 and 25,Block 1,Wait&Cos Addition to the City of Decatur,EXCEPT that part taken for Public Roadway purposes. Specifically, the Quit Claim Deed attached hereto and presented herewith, be placed on file and approved. Section 2. That the Council finds it is in the best interest of the community's health and welfare to transfer to Community Health Improvement Center d/b/a Crossing Health care,waiving appraisal. Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be,and they are hereby,authorized and directed to sign, seal and attest Agreement on behalf of the City. PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 17'h day of February,2021.
