M D-I—I <br /> ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CUP) IN <br /> THE AG AGRICULTURE DISTRICT TO ALLOW FOR A <br /> HORSE STABLE WITH A RIDING ARENA <br /> -4075 NORTH GREENSWITCH ROAD-: <br /> WHEREAS, on the 4th day of March 2021, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of DAN CANTRELL for a Conditional <br /> Use Permit under the provision of Section XXIII.A.2 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow for <br /> Horse Stable with a Riding Arena in the AG Agriculture District on property located in the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois and legally described as: <br /> Lot 3 of Sky Ranch Addition Number 2, as per Plat recorded in Book 500, <br /> Page 197 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County,Illinois. <br /> Permanent Index Number: 07-07-25-426-028 <br /> WHEREAS,the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that such Conditional Use <br /> Permit be approved. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be hereby, <br /> received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That upon compliance with the site plan attached hereto and hereby made a <br /> part hereof as Exhibit A,said herein that a Conditional Use Permit be,and it is hereby, granted <br /> to DAN CANTRELL as the petitioner, and only to allow for a Horse Stable with a Riding <br /> Arena in the AG Agriculture District. <br />
