RESOLUTION NO. R2021- 4O <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR AND FLOCK SAFETY FOR THE DEPLOYMENT OF 60 LPR CAMERAS <br /> IN THE CITY NEIGHBORHOODS AND ADJACENT THOROUGHFARES <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the lease agreement presented to the City Council herewith from FLOCK <br /> SAFETY for the lease of 60 LPR Cameras for the years 2021, 2022 and 2023 be, and the same is <br /> hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
