RESOLUTION NO. RM j --51 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH <br /> PARKLAND ENVIRONMENTAL GROUP, INC. FOR THE DEMOLITION OF VACANT <br /> COMMERCIAL APARTMENT BUILDING AT <br /> 722 W. WOOD <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for the demolition of the vacant <br /> commercial apartment building at 722 W. Wood, Decatur, Illinois and presented to the City <br /> Council herewith as Exhibit A, be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Parkland Environmental Group, Inc. in the amount of$97,000 <br /> be hereby accepted, and a purchase order awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
