RESOLUTION NO. R <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROVAL TO RENEW ANNUAL LICENSE AND <br /> SUPPORT AGREEMNT FROM TYLER TECHNOLOGIES,INC. FOR MUNIS <br /> ENTERPRISE FINANCIAL SOFTWARE SYSTEM SUITE <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the invoice presented to the City Council herewith and marked Exhibit A <br /> from Tyler Technologies, Inc. for the Annual License and Support renewal for the MUNIS <br /> Enterprise Financial Software System Suite, be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the credit invoice presented to the City Council herewith and marked <br /> Exhibit B from Tyler Technologies, Inc. for the Annual License and Support renewal for the <br /> MUNIS Enterprise Financial Software System Suite, be, and the same is hereby, received,placed <br /> on file and approved. <br /> Section 3.
