RESOLUTION NO. R�ak -7 y <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT FOR <br /> THE CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF EXTENSIONS TO THE CITY <br /> FIBER OPTIC NETWORK TO VARIOUS SCHOOL DISTRICT PROPERTIES <br /> LOCATED ON RIGHTS OF WAY BETWEEN THE CITY OF DECATUR AND <br /> DECATUR PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Intergovernmental Agreement for the sharing of certain costs related <br /> to extending the City Fiber Optic Network between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Decatur <br /> Public Schools, presented to the City Council, as Exhibit A, herewith be, and the same is hereby, <br /> received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
