RESOLUTION NO P,-�-Oa( — G I <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE STATE OF ILLINOIS JOINT PURCHASING <br /> CONTRACT HOLDER BID PRICE FROM COE EQUIPMENT CO.FOR THE <br /> PURCHASE OF A 2022 VACTOR COMBINATION SEWER JETTING AND <br /> VACUUMING TRUCK NUMBER 250 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the State of Illinois Joint Purchasing Agreement bid received for one <br /> (1) 2022 Vactor Combination Sewer Jetting and Vacuuming Truck, presented herewith as <br /> Exhibit A and made part hereof be, and it is hereby, received, and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid price of Coe Equipment Co., in the amount of$394,693.38 be <br /> accepted and a purchase order be awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Purchasing Supervisor be, and is hereby, authorized and directed <br /> to execute a purchase order between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Coe Equipment Co., <br /> for their bid price of$394,693.38. <br /> Section 4.
