1977502 <br /> Macon Co.,Illinois <br /> S.S.by Mary A.Eaton Recorder <br /> Book: 4816 Page: 711 <br /> Receipt#:115317 Recording Fee:$53.00 <br /> Pages Recorded:4 Authorized By ___( <br /> Date Recorded: 4121/2021 2:10:43 PM <br /> ORDINANCE NO. �Q3 I -- <br /> ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY <br /> 4159 DONETA AVENUE <br /> WHEREAS,there having been filed with the City Clerk, and by said Clerk presented to <br /> the Council herewith and attached as Exhibit A,the petition under oath of Dale and Jeanette Lumb, <br /> requesting that there be annexed to the City territory described as: <br /> LOT ELEVEN (11) OF COOPER'S 2ND SUBDIVISION IN THE COUNTY OF MACON, <br /> STATE OF ILLINOIS. <br /> PIN#07-07-28-302-004 <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land <br /> within such territory and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said <br /> territory is contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or <br /> incorporated town or other municipality, and, <br /> WHEREAS,notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as <br /> required. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That said petition and the request thereof be, and the same are hereby, <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2. That said territory hereinabove described, along with all parts of public <br /> highways therein or next and adjacent thereto not heretofore annexed, if any, be, and the <br /> same are hereby, annexed to and are incorporated into the limits of the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, a municipal corporation. <br />
