That Amendment No. 1 presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit 1 and <br /> made part of hereof,between Clark Dietz Inc. and the City of Decatur,be, and the same is <br /> hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute said Amendment No. 1 between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Clark Dietz <br /> Inc. for a cost not to exceed$84,752.40. <br /> Section 3.
