R d ( -I y 5i <br /> RESOLUTION TO APPROVE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> WITH ADS ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES TO PERFORM THE <br /> WATER DISTRIBUTION LEAK DETECTION SURVEY PROJECT <br /> CITY PROJECT 2021-39 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Professional Services Agreement to perform the water distribution <br /> leak detection survey project,presented to the City Council herewith as Exhibit A and made <br /> part hereof,between the City of Decatur and ADS Environmental Services, be, and the same <br /> is hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby,authorized and <br /> directed to execute said Agreement between the City of Decatur, Illinois and ADS <br /> Environmental Services, for a total amount not to exceed$104,544.60. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 16`h day of August 2021. <br /> Julie Moore Wolfe, ayor <br /> Attest: <br /> Kim Althoff, City Clerk <br />
