RESOLUTION NO. — S 1 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH <br /> ENTLER EXCAVATING CO., INC. FOR <br /> 2021 CDBG SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> CITY PROJECT 2021-21 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 2021-21, CDBG <br /> Sidewalk Improvement Project, and presented to the Council herewith,be received and <br /> placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Entler Excavating Co., Inc., in the amount of$362,510.82 <br /> be, and it is hereby, accepted and a contract awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
