That the ASO Benefit Program and Stop Loss coverage presented herewith to the <br /> City Council between the City of Decatur, Illinois and B1ueCross BlueShield of Illinois, be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
