RESOLUTION NO. 104 f -ISS <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH PLOCHER CONSTRUCTION FOR <br /> CLARIFIER CONVERSION PROJECT <br /> CITY PROJECT 2016-03 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 2016-03, Clarifier <br /> Conversion project be, and they are hereby, received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Plocher Construction Inc. be accepted, and a contract awarded <br /> accordingly, and that said contract between Plocher Construction Inc. and the City of Decatur is <br /> for a total amount of$12,770,000.00. <br /> Section 3.
