That the Agreement presented to the Council herewith, by and between THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR ILLINOIS and ANN L SCHNEIDER AND ASSOCIATES LLC, <br /> regarding consulting services be, and the same is hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
