RESOLUTION NO. fQ-0-Y1— ®q <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH <br /> PARKLAND ENVIRONMENTAL FOR <br /> THE DEMOLITION OF THE VACANT BUILDING AT <br /> 1125 N. MONROE <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for the demolition of the vacant building at <br /> 1125 N. Monroe, Decatur, Illinois and presented to the City Council herewith as Exhibit A, be <br /> received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Parkland Environmental in the amount of$21,300 for 1125 N. <br /> Monroe be hereby accepted, and purchase order awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Purchasing Supervisor be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to <br /> execute a purchase order between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Parkland Environmental for <br /> their total bid price of$21,300 for 1125 N.
