R2022 - q(,o _ <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF INTERGOVERNMENTAL <br /> GRANT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE STATE OF ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF <br /> COMMERCE &ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY AND THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Intergovernmental Grant Agreement presented herewith to the City <br /> Council between the City of Decatur, Illinois and the State of Illinois Department of Commerce <br /> and Economic Opportunity,be, and the same is hereby,received,placed on file, and approved. <br /> Section 2.
