RESOLUTION NO P-X i'3,'� 1 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE LIGHTING UPGRADE PROJECT <br /> FOR THE DECATUR POLICE DEPARTMENT FACILITIES <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Decatur has authorized the work to be done to upgrade the lighting at the <br /> Decatur Police Department building along with the evidence storage building, and, <br /> WHEREAS, the net expense for this work was anticipated to be within the City Manager's <br /> spending authority of$20,000, and, <br /> WHEREAS, the change order was necessary to satisfactorily meet the needs of the Police <br /> Department that pushed the expense over this amount; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the work performed by Twin Supplies, Ltd. to upgrade the lighting at the <br /> Decatur Police Department is supported and hereby ratified. <br /> Section 2. That the net cost for this lighting project be authorized for payment in an <br /> amount not to exceed $23,034. <br /> Section 3.
