R <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACTION REGARDING UNSAFE STRUCTURES <br /> 1314 N Church 1439 N Church 2053 N Charles <br /> 539 W Decatur 412 E Division 915 N Edward <br /> 1031 N Edward 1202 E Eldorado 1379 W Forest <br /> 1636 E Grand 871 W Grand 976 W Grand <br /> 575 S Greenwood 636 S Haworth 659 S Jackson <br /> 250 N Monroe 629 W Prairie 379 S Webster <br /> 1004 W Wood <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois, has found and does hereby find <br /> that certain structures within the City located on premises at the addresses set forth above, are <br /> dangerous and unsafe, or are uncompleted or abandoned; and <br /> it is in the better interest of the general public health safety and welfare that <br /> WHEREAS, , <br /> g p Y <br /> said structures be repaired or demolished. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the officers and employees of the City be, and they are hereby, authorized <br /> and directed to give such notice and to take such actions as may be provided by law, including <br /> application for order of court, to cause said structures to be put in safe condition or, if not so <br /> repaired to be demolished. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 5th day of July 2022. <br />
