RESOLUTION NO. 3 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH <br /> HUTCHINS EXCAVATING FOR THE DEMOLITION OF VACANT BUILDINGS AT <br /> 83 S. COUNTRY CLUB, 1952 E. PRAIRIE AND 1553 N. MAIN <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for the demolition of the vacant buildings <br /> at 83 S. Country Club, 1952 E. Prairie and 1553 N. Main, Decatur, Illinois and presented to the <br /> City Council herewith as Exhibit A,be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Hutchins Excavating in the amount of$23,800.00 for 83 S. <br /> Country Club; $27,000.00 for 1952 E. Prairie and $38,500.00 for 1553 N. Main be hereby <br /> accepted, and a purchase orders awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Purchasing Supervisor be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to <br /> execute a purchase order between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Hutchins Excavating for their <br /> total bid price of$23,800.00 for 83 S.Country Club;$27,000.00 for 1952 E.Prairie and$38,500.00 <br /> for 1553 N.
