RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES,INC. TO PROVIDE FINAL <br /> DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE OAKLAND AND GRAND AREA SEWER <br /> SEPARATION PROJECT <br /> CITY PROJECT 2021-01 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Professional Services Agreement to provide final design services for <br /> the Oakland and Grand Area Sewer Separation Project,presented to the Council herewith as <br /> Exhibit 1 and made a part hereof,between the City of Decatur and AECOM Technical Services, <br /> Inc., and the same is hereby received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
