W13--I(p <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FROM FLOORING OASIS INCORORATED <br /> FOR PROVIDING AND INSTALLING NEW CARPET ON THE <br /> FIRST FLOOR OF THE DECATUR PUBLIC LIBRARY <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Bid received to provide and install new carpet on the first floor of the <br /> Decatur Public Library presented herewith be, and it is hereby, received, and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the low bid of Flooring Oasis Incorporated for$284,961.00 be accepted and <br /> the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreements. <br /> Section 3.
