RESOLUTION NO. R &6_7 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF <br /> VCNA PRAIRIE LLC FOR THE PURCHASE OF <br /> PORTLAND CEMENT CONCRETE <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of the bids received for furnishing portland cement <br /> concrete presented herewith as Exhibit A and made a part hereof be, and it is hereby, received, <br /> and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of VCNA Prairie LLC in the amount of$176,362.50,be accepted <br /> and a purchase order be awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
