Patterson as <br /> Trustee of L.E. Trust, requesting that there be annexed to the City territory described as: <br /> LOT FOUR(4) OF DANCELAND ADDITION, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN BOOK 5000 PAGE <br /> 200 OF THE RECORDS IN THE RECORDER'S OFFICE OF MACON COUNTY, ILLINOIS. <br /> SITUATED IN MACON COUNTY, ILLINOIS. <br /> PIN# 17-12-25-303-011— <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> 17-12-25-303-011WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land <br /> within such territory and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said <br /> territory is contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or <br /> incorporated town or other municipality, and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as <br /> required. <br /> WHEREAS, a typographical error occurred in Ordinance No. 2023-04 that needs <br /> corrected. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1, That said petition and the request thereof be, and the same are hereby, <br /> approved. <br />
