RESOLUTION NO. .H q <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A <br /> CONTRACT WITH E.L. PRUITT CO. FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF HVAC AND <br /> CONTROLS SYSTEM FOR TRANSIT FACILITIES <br /> WHEREAS, the City desires to replace the HVAC & controls system at transit facilities <br /> including the joint administration/maintenance building; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City received multiple bids for this project and E.L. Pruitt Co., was the <br /> lowest responsible bidder. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City Manager or designee accept the bid by E.L. Pruitt Co. and <br /> authorize the work included and necessary replacement of the HVAC & controls system in transit <br /> in the amount of$227,950.00 <br /> Section 2.
