RESOLUTIONNO.&Oa3-raO <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A REAL ESTATE PURCHASE AGREEMENT <br /> FOR PROPERTIES BETWEEN UNA MAE ELDRIDGE AND UNA MAE ELDRIDGE <br /> LIVING TRUST AND THE CITY OF DECATUR <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Decatur, IL has on occasion acquired certain properties and <br /> facilities to further the City's neighborhood revitalization and workforce development initiatives; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Decatur, IL has a purchase agreement, subject to City Council <br /> approval, for the properties located at 1170 E. Orchard Street(04-12-11-409-011), (04-12-11-09- <br /> 001), (04-12-11-409-002), (04-12-11-409-003), (04-12-11-409-005), (04-12-11-409-006), (04- <br /> 12-11-409-007), (04-12- 11-409-009), and(04-12-11-453-001), all located in Decatur, IL; and, <br /> NOW THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED: <br /> Section 1. That the City Manager, or designee is authorized to purchase the 9 parcels of <br /> property including 1170 E. Orchard St. through a Real Estate Purchase Agreement, as generally <br /> presented in the attached exhibit. <br /> Section 2.
