RESOLUTION NO.0-9�-- <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH <br /> STEVE'S TRUCKING FOR THE DEMOLITION OF TRANSIT BUILDINGS AT 300 E. <br /> MACON (FORMER TOMMY HOUSE TIRE) <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for the demolition of vacant transit <br /> buildings at 300 E. Macon, Decatur, Illinois and presented to the City Council herewith as <br /> Exhibit A,be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Steve's Trucking in the amount of$57,650.00 for the <br /> demolition of the transit buildings at 300 E. Macon be hereby accepted, and that the City <br /> Manager, or designee, is authorized to execute the contract as necessary to complete this <br /> demolition,upon the express condition that authorization is received from necessary parties and <br /> State of Illinois Transportation, as required. <br /> Section 3.
