RESOLUTION NO. R &93=C5 Ll <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACTION REGARDING UNSAFE STRUCTURES <br /> 135 N. Calhoun 933 S. Illinois 831 N. Monroe <br /> 967 E. Prairie 665 W. Prairie 229 E. Stuart <br /> 1011 W. Tuttle 1961 N.Walnut Grove <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois, has found and does hereby find <br /> that certain structures within the City located on premises at the addresses set forth above, are <br /> dangerous and unsafe, or are uncompleted or abandoned; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the better interest of the general public health, safety and welfare that <br /> said structures be repaired or demolished. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
