Z�,1,13— .d <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PROGRAMMATIC <br /> PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT WITH U.S.DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE <br /> NATURAL RESOURCES CONSERVATION SERVICE FOR THE REGIONAL <br /> CONSERVATION PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, the improvement of Lake Decatur water quality is essential to public health, <br /> safety and welfare; and <br /> WHEREAS, the U.S. Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Service <br /> has the authority to make such partnership and makes funds available for improving Lake <br /> Decatur water quality; and <br /> WHEREAS,partnerships for said funds will impose certain obligations upon the recipient. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Programmatic Partnership Agreement,presented to the Council herewith <br /> as Exhibit 1 and made a part hereof, between the City of Decatur and U.S. Department of <br /> Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Service for the Regional Conservation Partnership <br /> Program and the same is hereby received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
