MLK <br /> WHEREAS,the Council of the City of Decatur,Illinois,has found and does hereby find that certain <br /> structures within the City located on premises at the addresses set forth above, are dangerous and unsafe, <br /> or are uncompleted or abandoned; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the better interest of the general public health, safety and welfare that said <br /> structures be repaired or demolished. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR,ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
