That the Federal Signal Corporation quote received for two Federal Signal <br /> outdoor warning sirens, presented herewith as Exhibit A be, and it is hereby, received, and <br /> placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the quote of Federal Signal Corporation in the amount of$42,953.00,be <br /> accepted and a purchase order be awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Purchasing Supervisor be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to <br /> execute a purchase order between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Federal Signal Corporation <br /> for their price of$42,953.00. <br /> Section 4.
