ORDINANCE NO. 2023- 1 <br /> ORDINANCE APPROVING APPOINTMENT <br /> CITY TREASURER <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the request for approval of appointment by the Mayor of Ruby F. James, <br /> City Treasurer,be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That said request be, and the same is hereby, approved, and said person be, <br /> and she is hereby, authorized and directed to be appointed to said office for the term of four years <br /> commencing May 1, 2023 and continuing to April 30, 2027 or until her respective successors is <br /> appointed and qualified. <br /> Section 3.
