RESOLUTION NO. '— 1 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br /> WITH CONCENTRIC INTEGRATION,LLC FOR <br /> WATER FACILITIES PLC UPGRADES DESIGN <br /> CITY PROJECT 2023-12 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit A and made <br /> part hereof, between Concentric Integration, LLC and the City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
